About the event
Harness the energies of the Full Moon on Saturday 10th September 10-4pm at the stunning Saints Green Place. This full moon will be in Pisces and Mercury retrograde in Libra, so it will be a powerful day to also release anything that no longer serves you.
The day will be Start with Hatha Yoga - Hatha yoga recognises that every yang quality has its yin counterpart. Masculine has a feminine polarity, with shakti female energy ruled by the Moon (associated with love, compassion, and creativity) and shiva male energy governed by the sun. The aim of hatha yoga is to achieve balance between the solar and lunar energies, between activity and receptivity. In the Yoga practice we will be saluting the moon.
