This July take time to relax, restore and refresh with this gorgeous Align & Balance Your Chakras with Yoga & Crystals - Day Retreat. 10-4pm on Saturday 30th July 2022. Saints Green Place is set amongst the gently rolling fields with unspoilt views of the Chelmer Valley. This beautiful, converted WW2 Nissen hut has a stunning inside studio with underfloor heating, and a tranquil outside yoga garden, weather permitting. The indoor open space is a split level featuring a beautiful log burner, for cosy winter retreats and bi-fold doors out to a large terrace with stunning far-reaching views over wildflower meadows for the summer months. It is the perfect place to take some time for yourself. All are welcome regardless of experience. Align & Balance your Chakras with Yoga & Crystals – Day retreat features a Yoga Chakra Masterclass - You will gain an understanding of where the chakras are located and how the chakras relate to your overall well-being. The concept of Chakras is rooted in ancient traditions of Hinduism. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra. Through yoga practice, breathing techniques, mudras (hand gestures) and mantra meditation, (Chanting through meditation) we aim to open and align the chakras. Maria will guide you through the practice, so no worries about being a beginner to yoga practice, she will instruct you as you move through the moves.   Before we start the yoga session, you will notice there will be a crystal pouch on your yoga mat, waiting for you.  The pouch will contain your own chakra crystals set created by Always Believe In Miracles.  These will be personalised especially for each one of you with your name on each pouch.  To create your own unique crystal chakra tool set, we will require the date you were born, along with the month at the time of your booking.  By providing this information you will have your own signature Chakra crystal set and crystal tools to work with during this workshop.   Throughout the workshop we will be incorporating these crystals in our Yoga Chakra awakening moves, crystal techniques and later with the Crystal Healing Bowl session.  So, these special selected crystals will be unique to you.   After our yoga and meditation practice, we will have a short break where you can indulge yourself to Healthy treats and herbal teas.  We will also have some crystal infused water available to try, which will lead us up to our next session, where we meet Natasha Longman founder of Always Believe in Miracles.  Natasha Longman is a Crystal & Reiki intuitive healer.  Natasha began her journey with Reiki healing over 15 years ago and started using crystals at the age of 7 years old, enchanted as a child and always has been. Having just got back from several healing workshops in Sedona, Arizona, where she met with local Navajo Native American Indians to find out more about their culture and medicines they use. On this workshop, Natasha will guide us through the history of the crystals with a brief induction and go on to discuss why we use crystals and how they can benefit us in our daily life. She will run through your signature chakra crystal set, which has been given to you and why certain crystals just do not work for us and why others do.  Natasha will show us how to cleanse, tune, sage, and clear energies around us with the crystals, so you really get the best out of them.  She will be available to answer any questions you have on the day.  So, you can leave this experience knowing a lot more on how to use and get the best out of them in your everyday life.   Being the New Moon on the 28th of July, it will be an excellent time for us to get to know these crystals and work with them for the next few months.  Natasha will also help us write a list of what we want to manifest over the summer months.  You will find a pen and paper when you arrive, so you can take notes for your intentions over the next few months, when our next session will be on how to release old energies in time for the Harvest Full Moon. This leads us to lunch time where we will all head up to the dining area for a healthy lunch, where we can eat inside or outside weather permitting.

After lunch we will return to the studio to finish off with an amazing crystal tune up session.  This will include Maria playing the chakra crystal bowls and Natasha placing crystals on your chakra points individually with your tuned crystals. As you get comfortable and place your lavender eye masks on, drifting away into the crystal realm.  Maria will start with a wonderful meditation to get you into the dream state with Natasha surrounding your body institutively with crystals. Once the crystals have been placed on you.  Maria will start to play the crystal singing bowls and as you relax, Natasha will cleanse your surrounding aura, aligning the body even further.  As you gently drift away into a beautiful place, knowing that you are being balanced and aligned.  This is a very powerful tune up session and after that we suggest that you drink plenty of water.  After the session you should feel delightfully light, aligned, and peaceful. For your comfort yoga mats, props, blankets and lavender eye pillows are all provided, wear something comfortable and bring plenty of layers and a bottle of water. Plenty of free parking.
