After tonight’s event, as I was driving out of the studio, I had to stop.

The sky… it didn’t just look beautiful — it felt alive.

I’m always looking up, always connecting, but this was something else. Right outside my studio, the clouds had formed in a way that felt almost intentional… like an eye opening in the sky, watching, witnessing, revealing.

You could feel the shift.

There’s something moving through right now — and you can sense it if you’re open to it. With Uranus in Taurus, we are deep in a cycle of disruption and awakening, especially around stability, the physical world, and the foundations we thought were solid.

And there it was… mirrored above.

The sky speaking back.

Opposite the Moon rising, holding that quiet tension between what’s being illuminated and what’s being shaken loose.

The next 7 years are not small.

They are transformative.

They will ask you to evolve, to release, to rebuild — but in a way that is more aligned, more true, more you.

So stay in your lane.

Stay grounded.

Stay connected to what you know is right for you, not what’s happening around you.

Because yes… things are about to get intense.

But they are also about to become incredibly beautiful.

This is not chaos without purpose — this is change with direction.

Such a wonderful day at the Crystal Sanctuary and Studio today! We opened the morning with a beautiful event: The Frequency Portal with Tillie @the.wellproject . This wellbeing experience beautifully blends crystals and sound tools, allowing the body to enter a deeply relaxed state of mind to reset and recharge, while relaxing back on a beautiful comfortable bed ✨

The Frequency Portal is all about activating the portal within you. It gives you the space to ask what you need to address, heal, and repair. You simply sit back and allow the mixture of sounds to circulate through your body while the crystals do their work.

After the event, I opened the Crystal Sanctuary, and it was so lovely to see a few of you come by to say hi. Thank you! It was a beautiful time spent at the studio—exactly what it was created for: a safe place for you to come, connect, and unwind. You truly leave feeling refreshed and aligned after being surrounded by all the crystals.

The Crystal Sanctuary really is an empowering place. You can feel the shift in energy within each of the rooms, from the lounge area to the Grounding Tree Studio. Thank you so much for coming and supporting a local business.

Some things take time… and this truly has.

I’m delighted to share that I am officially Accredited Executive Training Provider with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine for Crystal Healing @iphm_ 💙💫

This has been a long-standing vision of mine — not just to teach, but to create accredited certificated courses that truly reflect the depth of my work 🙏🏼

For those of you who have been with me over the years — through workshops, private and group sessions and events — you’ve already experienced the basic foundations.

But this… is the next level.

Because crystal healing is not just about placing stones on the body.

It’s about reading, moving, weaving and directing energy, and working intuitively with the client in real time.

This is what I teach.

How to connect with your crystals, work through the field (not just the physical), use tools and placements with intention, and understand frequency — not just properties.

This is not a quick certificate course.

There are assessments, structure, and accountability.

Because this work should be respected.

Too many courses hand out certificates like confetti — this is about embodiment, not just completion.

This course is built from years of real client work, deep study, and lived experience — all grounded in the depth of my work.

And honestly… getting it to this point wasn’t easy.

Being ADHD, structure has always been a challenge — but the desire to bring this work forward properly was stronger.

So this recognition means a lot.

To be acknowledged for my holistic practice in this way… I don’t take that lightly.

My courses will be launching at the Mind Body Spirit Festival this May at Olympia London @mbswellbeing

There’s something I feel called to share — honestly, openly and from the heart 💚

People often ask what I do. What I call myself. How to define my work?!

The truth is, I’ve never fully aligned with titles. What I am isn’t something I decided — it’s something I’ve lived, embodied and grown into over time. Through years of devotion, practice and showing up for both myself and others.

My work moves through many roles — Healer, Gridworker, Messenger, Seer, Wayshower, Blueprint Holder, Bridge, Frequency Worker and Dream Worker. Not labels I wear, but lived expressions of a path that has unfolded naturally over time. And I hold every single one of them with humility.

Because here’s something that needs to be said openly —

Not everyone is meant to be an energy healer!

Sacred work has been packaged into weekend courses and fast-track certificates. But true healing work is profound, heavy and at times deeply dark. You are stepping into the energetic field of another human being — their pain, their trauma, their deepest wounds. A piece of paper cannot prepare you for that.

Only time, devotion and honest self-work can.
If you feel called to this space — pause. Ask yourself why. And remember, there are so many ways to heal others. Through words, art, coaching, community. Find your lane. Own it. Do it with depth and integrity.
And wherever you are on your path — please hear this:

Healing is not a destination. It is a lifelong practice.

Don’t wait for the breakdown. The whispers are always there long before the body forces you to stop. Keep showing up in the ordinary days too — not just in crisis. The deeper you go, the more extraordinary the version of you that emerges✨

The Awakening – St Michael’s Cave ✨

Some places you walk into and you just feel it straight away… this was one of them.

An immersive light and sound experience, created to highlight the natural beauty of the cave… but when you’re in it, it becomes so much more than that.

The music moves through the space, the lights bring the formations to life, and you really start to feel the depth of it all. There’s a stillness there, but also a quiet energy running through it.

St Michael’s Cave holds such a calm, grounded presence. The moment I stepped in, everything slowed down and I felt really present in the space.

And then the angel formation… it just reveals itself when you take it in properly. One of those moments that just makes you pause.

Such a special experience… the music, the depth, the cave and the connection. I felt so energised and at peace afterwards. Highly recommend 🪽✨💫

The Frequency Portal – Tomorrow 💚✨

We now have one space available for tomorrow’s session. This never usually happens, so I wanted to gently open the space in case it’s meant for someone ✨

Tillie & I have been building for over 4 years now… layering crystals, sound, energy, body… and each time we hold this space, it deepens.

A day full of beautiful soul connections ✨

Today was one of those days that reminds me why I truly love the work I do. A full day of private one-to-one sessions with the most wonderful clients, each journey completely unique.

No session is ever the same. Some come for crystal healing, some for energetic alignment, and others for deeper soul work — exploring past lives, the wisdom the soul carries, and the journeys we’ve walked before. These sessions are always so special to witness.

I feel incredibly grateful to do work that blends so many modalities and allows me to meet people exactly where their soul needs support. Thank you to the beautiful clients who came today and trusted the process.

Today’s sessions were held at Miller’s Way Project in Shepherd’s Bush, where I offer private one-to-one sessions for my London clients. If you’re London-based and feel called to work with me, you can book your private session there.

I don’t think some of you know that I am also a Firewalk Instructor & Breakthrough Empowerment Coach. With this being the Year of the Horse, it feels like the perfect time to bring back our fire events.

From a young age, my mother taught me to notice the patterns. The repetition on the clock. The rhythm behind time. I learned that time isn’t rigid — it stretches, bends, softens. And when our internal rhythm aligns with the rhythm of the moment, something extraordinary happens.

Being born on double numbers, I have always felt a natural pull toward these cycles and gateways. My life’s work has centred around navigating these energetic currents — helping you recalibrate your field when the portal is open and the frequency is amplified.

Crystals & Sound Bath — our second event @studiobenapa in Napa Valley, California.

Melanie and I loved holding space for you on Saturday morning. Watching you settle in, soften and allow the frequencies to do their work ✨

This is a method I created over 5 years ago — and every time, it evolves. The sessions have consistently sold out because the experience is different. It’s not just a sound bath. It’s not just crystals. It’s frequency layering.
And it’s not simply placing crystals on the body and sitting back!

Once the crystals are placed, they are intentionally activated — guided into your body and energy flow. They begin working within the physical and subtle systems, moving through your field with purpose. This is where the depth happens.

Then the sound frequencies come in — weaving through the crystals and into your auric field. The instruments support the shift in brainwaves, calming the nervous system and allowing the body to fully receive.

The sound works with the crystals.

On Friday, Rachel and I opened our first event of the year in Napa Valley — Energetic Release — and the power came from the group.

We’ve been co-creating events across the USA and the UK, and one thing is consistent: group energetics move faster.

When people come together with shared intention, the field changes.
More energy is available. The body responds quicker. Release happens naturally.

In a group, you’re not doing the work alone. What shifts for one person shifts the whole field. The collective creates momentum.

This matters even more as we move into the Year of the Horse 🐎
Horse energy thrives in open fields, movement, and forward direction.
It’s not about pushing solo — it’s about moving together.

Group work creates that wide field.
It builds coherence. It supports the collective to move at the same time.

I hosted my very first Crystal Workshop in Napa Valley, California, focused on getting to know your crystals — which ones work within your field, how they interact with you and why.

I’ve worked with crystals since the age of 7 and have run many crystal workshops over the years, so creating and holding this space here in Napa felt incredibly special. These workshops exist because I am deeply passionate about self-healing and empowering you with the tools to support your own journey.

Crystals are not here just to look pretty ✨
They hold intelligence, earth frequencies, and ancient codes that can shift energy, support alignment, and create real change when you know how to work with them. This work becomes beautifully simple once you understand the language of crystals and how they interact with your field.

Today was so special. I had it in my mind that I would do a download in the Birthing Cave and upload it for you all, but it just didn’t go to plan — the cave was super busy, there was no reception and Spotify wouldn’t play with zero internet. So instead, I surrendered… and simply enjoyed the moment.

This portal also felt deeply significant as it is the final portal of the Year of the Snake, before the Horse energy comes in — a real and tangible shift. On a personal level, it felt like I needed a womb clearing: a deep shedding, releasing and clearing of what has been, in order to make space for what is ready to be born.

The Birthing Cave was the perfect place for this — holding me in Divine Feminine energy as I completed my final snake shed and allowed the birthing of new ideas, visions, and concepts to move through me.

Every year I come to Sedona to reconnect — and on this powerful 2/2 portal, surrounded by Divine Feminine energy in the Birthing Cave, something became very clear.

I will be holding a retreat here for 2027 ✨

After five years of returning to this land, it feels like the right time to create something truly sacred here. This will be a deeply intentional space, with several layers and offerings woven into the experience, supporting shedding, remembrance, and new beginnings.
